We offer a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defects. We ask our customers to review our warranty policy.

What does the manufacturer's warranty cover?

The Tonas Wood warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the watch, including the hands, movement, battery, and/or internal components. If the watch presents any such defect, it will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. Tonas Wood México SAPI DE CV reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the product to determine if the warranty applies.

Warranty Duration: The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. To redeem the warranty, you must present the original purchase receipt.

Repairs after the first year: We understand that problems can arise outside the warranty period. Therefore, we offer repair services and replacement parts, which will be subject to additional fees. Shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. The solutions offered will depend on each specific case.

What is NOT covered by the manufacturer's warranty?

• Damage to the crystal, bezels, case, strap, or links of the watch.

• Damage to the paint.

• Damage caused by lack of care, accidents, improper handling, normal wear and tear, scratches and cracks.

• Water damage (Tonas Wood watches are splash resistant, but should not be submerged or exposed to prolonged moisture).

• Products not purchased through authorized Tonas Wood dealers.

• Final sale items or discontinued watches.

• Theft or loss of packages.

• Damage caused by accidents, falls, blows, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.

Recommendations for fast service:

• Include photos or videos that illustrate the problem.

• Please provide the original order number, name, and email address of the buyer.

• Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

Internal and External Guarantee Coverage Policy

For the warranty to be valid, the Tonas Wood product must have been purchased through our authorized distribution channels. A purchase receipt specifying the date and payment method is required. The authorized distributors that offer one-year warranty coverage are listed below:

If you have not received a tracking number to track your Alebrije watch and/or strap and/or do not know where your product is, please contact us to provide you with the necessary information and/or help you during this process.

If you have not received your package because you were not present at the time of delivery, please remember that the courier will make 2 more delivery attempts. If you are not at home during any of the 3 delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our facilities and the cost of the next delivery will be borne by the customer.

Please note that if the model you purchased has a queue with a future delivery date (this information is indicated for each model on our website) you will NOT receive a shipping guide to track your product, as this will be provided to you close to the delivery date.
