Order Processing
Once the purchase is confirmed, each order goes through a preparation and quality verification process that may take between 3 to 5 business days before being shipped.
During peak seasons or due to external circumstances (including global logistical delays), this period may be extended.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of each model and the customer’s location:
- Mexico: 1 to 10 business days
- Canada: 1 to 10 business days
- United States: 1 to 10 business days
- International Shipping: 10 to 15 business days
These times are approximate and may be affected by external factors such as weather, courier logistics, holidays, or extraordinary situations.
Customs, Taxes, and Additional Charges
For shipments outside Mexico, any additional costs generated by customs, tariffs, import taxes, or charges imposed by the recipient’s local government will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Tonas Wood does not cover or reimburse customs fees or additional charges.
We recommend checking with the corresponding customs office to learn about possible costs before making a purchase.
Delivery of Products with Future Dates
Some models currently in production may have a future delivery date. In these cases:
- The estimated date will be clearly indicated on the product page.
- By making the purchase, the customer accepts and acknowledges that delivery will not be immediate.
These conditions apply only to products identified as “Future Delivery” or similar.
Changes in Delivery Date
Projected times may be adjusted due to production processes, material availability, or other unforeseen factors.
In case of changes, Tonas Wood will notify the customer promptly via the registered email or other official channels.
Review Before Purchase
We recommend that customers carefully review the delivery information on the product page to ensure they agree with the terms and timelines before completing the purchase.
