They are NOT submersible, nor can they be exposed for long periods of time to water and/or humidity.

All our products are adjustable. You only need to remove the necessary links.

It is extremely important to go to a certified watchmaker who has the appropriate tools to remove the links quickly and easily.

Domestic delivery time is 2-7 business days.

What does the manufacturer's warranty cover?

The Tonas Wood warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the watch, including the hands, movement, battery, and/or internal components. If the watch presents any such defect, it will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. Tonas Wood México SAPI DE CV reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the product to determine if the warranty applies.

Warranty Duration: The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. To redeem the warranty, you must present the original purchase receipt.

Repairs after the first year: We understand that problems can arise outside the warranty period. Therefore, we offer repair services and replacement parts, which will be subject to additional fees. Shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. The solutions offered will depend on each specific case.

What is NOT covered by the manufacturer's warranty?

• Damage to the crystal, bezels, case, strap, or links of the watch.

• Damage to the paint.

• Damage caused by lack of care, accidents, improper handling, normal wear and tear, scratches and cracks.

• Water damage (Tonas Wood watches are splash resistant, but should not be submerged or exposed to prolonged moisture).

• Products not purchased through authorized Tonas Wood dealers.

• Final sale items or discontinued watches.

• Theft or loss of packages.

• Damage caused by accidents, falls, blows, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.

Recommendations for fast service:

• Include photos or videos that illustrate the problem.

• Please provide the original order number, name, and email address of the buyer.

• Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
