Exchange or Store Credit Policy

We offer an exchange policy that allows you to opt for in-store credit or a different product. This policy is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Once payment is made for the shipping cost, we provide a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the process.

Conditions for Exchange: Returned items must be in 'new' or 'unused' condition and must include their original packaging.

We do not accept exchanges if:

  • The item is marked as "Final Sale" on the site.

  • The product does not have its original packaging.

  • The watch has been used and/or shows signs of wear.

  • The item has been engraved or personalized in any way.
